
VCG Decoletaje, also known as Vda. Cándido Gastelurrutia S.A., has strengthened its partnership with Maquinser by acquiring a new advanced machining centre. The company, renowned for its expertise in turning and machining, continues to build its production capabilities with this collaboration.
The new acquisition includes two five-axis machining centres, the Matsuura MX330 and MX420, both equipped with automatic feeding systems. These centres can handle workpieces up to 420 × 300 mm and are designed with a 90-tool capacity. This advanced equipment enables VCG to manufacture more complex and high-value parts, significantly enhancing its production efficiency and competitive stance in the industry.
By combining the use of fixed and mobile headstock lathes with machining centres, VCG effectively manages short and medium production runs. This strategic expansion allows them to increase production capacity while maintaining high standards in precision machining.
