Electronics Mart India Limited (EMIL) has announced a significant expansion of its smart home and audio-visual (AV) portfolio through strategic partnerships with leading international brands. The move is aimed at strengthening its position in India’s fast-growing integrated home solutions market, where demand for connected, immersive, and design-led technologies continues to rise.

As part of this expansion, EMIL has partnered with global brands including Lithe Audio and Buster + Punch from the United Kingdom, Portman Lights from Poland, Aquavision from the United Kingdom, and Harbottle Audio. These additions further enhance EMIL’s offering across premium home cinema, architectural audio, intelligent lighting, and specialised display technologies.

The expanded portfolio will be showcased at the Smart Home Expo 2026, scheduled from April 28 to April 30, where EMIL will present live demonstrations of integrated home environments. Visitors will be able to experience advanced home cinema setups, multi-room audio systems, and connected smart living spaces that highlight seamless integration, performance, and user convenience.

This development builds on EMIL’s existing collaborations with brands such as Gallo Acoustics, Pure Acoustics, Alta Labs, ProtoPixel, Funktion-One, and VSSL. Together, these partnerships enable the company to deliver a comprehensive range of solutions catering to residential, hospitality, and commercial applications.

With a network of more than 5,000 dealers across India, EMIL is leveraging its strong distribution ecosystem to scale the presence of these global brands in the domestic market. The company’s strategy is focused on providing end-to-end integrated solutions that combine audio, video, lighting, networking, and control systems into a unified platform. This approach aligns with the growing preference for turnkey smart home installations, where compatibility, ease of use, and performance are key considerations.

At the expo, EMIL will feature its dedicated “Audio & Beyond” zone, designed to replicate real-world environments. This immersive setup will allow visitors to experience how different technologies come together to create cohesive smart living and entertainment spaces, offering insights into both functionality and design integration.

Leadership at EMIL emphasised that expanding the partner ecosystem is essential to addressing diverse customer requirements across segments. By combining global technology with local distribution strength and technical expertise, the company aims to position itself as a platform that enables international brands to grow effectively in India.

In addition to product expansion, EMIL continues to invest in installer training, partner onboarding, and demonstration infrastructure to support the increasing adoption of smart home technologies. With rising demand not only in metro cities but also in emerging markets, the company is focusing on building capabilities that ensure seamless deployment and customer satisfaction.

Overall, this expansion reinforces EMIL’s commitment to delivering integrated, future-ready solutions while strengthening its role in shaping India’s evolving smart home and AV ecosystem.
