Siemens has named Ann Fairchild as President and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens USA, effective immediately. Having served in the role on an interim basis since October 2025, she now assumes the position permanently, leading the company’s strategy and operations in its largest global market.
With more than 25 years of experience within Siemens, Fairchild brings deep institutional knowledge and a strong understanding of the company’s global operations, governance and strategic direction. Prior to this appointment, she served as General Counsel for Siemens USA, where she led legal, compliance, regulatory and intellectual property functions. As CEO, Fairchild will focus on strengthening Siemens’ engagement across the United States, where the company maintains a significant presence across all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
