Manufactured in Japan, the Mycenter-HX500iG/630 boasts a robust box-way construction and rapid speeds of 2,362 inches per minute. It features a 12,000 RPM, 4-step geared spindle with dual-contact capability, providing a remarkable 432.1 foot-pounds of torque, ideal for tackling demanding machining tasks. Its extra-large work envelope and double-decker conveyor system with integrated filtration further highlight its design, optimising productivity and operational efficiency.
With a comprehensive standard equipment package, the machine is prepared for immediate integration into automated systems. This is just the first of several machines Kitamura plans to showcase at IMTS 2026, with additional highlights including advanced 5-axis machining technologies, a versatile HMC lineup for a range of workpiece sizes, and automated palletised solutions.
