Automatic and semi-automatic balancing machine for the electric transmission rotors
Features
- Semi-automatic balancing machine able to balance the entire range of rotors for electric motors weighing up to 25 Kg in a completely automatic mode on two planes (dynamic).
- This machine is specifically developed to balance the rotor for the electric transmission on the automotive field.
- The unbalances are corrected by axial drilling to remove material on the lamination stack.
- Loading/unloading of the piece is manual but the machine can be easily equipped with industrial robot or linear pick and place making the RB50A a fully automatic balancing machine.
