Carraro India inaugurates first authorised service centre in Faridabad as part of nationwide aftermarket expansion!
Carraro India Limited has inaugurated its first authorised service centre in Faridabad, marking an important milestone in its strategy to strengthen aftermarket support across the country. The new facility, launched in partnership with PHE Industries Pvt. Ltd., represents the starting point of Carraro India’s plan to establish four regional authorised service hubs across North, South, East, and West India by 2026.
The Faridabad service centre has been strategically located to cater to customers across North India and will offer comprehensive support for Carraro axles, transmission systems, and related drivetrain components used in agriculture, construction, and material handling equipment. Services at the facility include access to genuine Carraro spare parts, expert diagnostics, repairs, and technical assistance, aimed at improving machine uptime and lowering lifecycle operating costs for both OEMs and end users.
This expansion reflects Carraro India’s response to the growing demand for reliable aftermarket support in off-highway segments, particularly as farm mechanisation, infrastructure development, and material handling activity continue to accelerate across the region. By creating authorised service hubs with trained technicians and standardised service processes, the company aims to ensure consistent service quality and faster turnaround times, reducing unplanned downtime for critical equipment.
In addition to setting up dedicated service centres, Carraro India is also strengthening its broader aftermarket ecosystem by expanding its network of authorised spare parts distributors and dealers nationwide. This integrated approach is intended to improve availability of OEM-grade components while providing customers with dependable service coverage closer to their operating locations.
The inauguration of the Faridabad facility was attended by senior leadership from the Carraro Group and Carraro India, along with customers and channel partners. The company highlighted that the initiative aligns with national priorities around localisation, self-reliance, and reduced dependence on imports by enhancing domestic access to genuine parts and technical expertise.
Carraro India’s growing aftermarket footprint complements its manufacturing and R&D operations in Pune, where the company designs and produces axles, transmission systems, gears, and related drivetrain components. With in-house engineering capabilities and a strong local supplier base, Carraro India is positioning its authorised service network as a critical extension of its OEM partnerships.
As the company progresses toward its goal of establishing four regional authorised service centres by 2026, Carraro India aims to build a resilient, pan-India aftermarket infrastructure that supports long-term growth in agriculture, construction, and material handling equipment markets while delivering measurable value to customers through improved reliability and service responsiveness.
