Schaeffler Appoints Maximilian Fiedler as Regional CEO for Asia Pacific!

**Schaeffler AG has appointed *Maximilian Fiedler* as Regional Chief Executive Officer for the Asia Pacific region, effective January 1, 2026.** As part of this appointment, Mr Fiedler will also join the Executive Board of the Schaeffler Group, ensuring direct representation of the Asia Pacific region at the company’s global leadership level.

Mr Fiedler has been closely associated with Schaeffler’s Asia Pacific operations for several years. Since 2022, he has served as Chief Financial Officer for the Asia Pacific region, and from June 2025 he has additionally taken on the role of Acting Regional CEO, overseeing regional operations alongside his CFO responsibilities. His confirmation as Regional CEO follows this interim leadership period, during which he guided the business through a phase of continuity and operational stability.

Having joined Schaeffler in 2012, Mr Fiedler brings more than a decade of experience within the organization across a variety of senior leadership roles. His previous positions include Head of External Reporting for the Schaeffler Group and Chief Financial Officer of Schaeffler Mexico, where he was responsible not only for financial management but also for supporting operational performance in a strategically important market. Before joining Schaeffler, he worked as Treasury Manager at HeidelbergCement AG, giving him a strong foundation in corporate finance and global operations.
