Saturday 27 December 2025, 9:13:40 AM

Action Construction Equipment Ltd (ACE), the world’s largest manufacturer of pick-and-carry cranes and a leading name in India’s construction and material handling equipment sector, has showcased a comprehensive portfolio of next-generation machines at EXCON 2025. The line-up spans intelligent tower cranes, AI-enabled pick-and-carry cranes, passenger and material hoists, aerial work platforms, telehandlers, road construction equipment, and modern material handling solutions—underscoring ACE’s continued focus on performance, safety, reliability, and indigenisation.

As infrastructure activity accelerates across highways, metros, logistics hubs, industrial corridors, and urban construction, ACE’s latest machines are engineered to deliver higher productivity, precision control, and enhanced operator comfort. Each product introduced at EXCON reflects refined engineering, improved ergonomics, and integrated safety systems aimed at improving job-site efficiency and lowering total cost of ownership.

A key highlight of the portfolio is its strong Made-in-India foundation. Most components, systems, and design innovations have been developed and manufactured domestically, reinforcing ACE’s alignment with national priorities around self-reliance and globally competitive manufacturing.

Commenting on the showcase, Sorab Agarwal, Executive Director of ACE, said that innovation and customer trust remain central to the company’s leadership. He noted that the newly introduced equipment is designed around real on-ground requirements—offering improved productivity, intuitive operation, and stronger safety performance while reducing lifecycle costs.

Key launches and highlights at EXCON 2025 included:

  • NX 230 Pick-and-Carry Crane: Built on a single-chassis, non-articulated platform, the crane features optimised axle weight distribution for superior stability. Its compact turning radius, low creep speed, and rear-axle leaf suspension enable precise handling in confined areas while improving operator comfort.
  • FC 150 Pick-and-Carry Crane: Introduced with a clutchless transmission, eliminating the clutch pedal for smoother driving and lifting operations. The design reduces operator fatigue, lowers mechanical wear, and enhances durability on congested sites.
  • AP25T Truck-Mounted Articulated Aerial Work Platform: Offering a 300 kg platform capacity on a 3.5–7-ton chassis, the AP25T combines articulated and telescopic booms for complex over-and-up reach. Proportional electrohydraulic controls enable smooth, simultaneous movements for urban infrastructure and utility applications.
  • FT 6040 Flat-Top Tower Crane: Featuring a 60-metre jib, advanced sensors, real-time monitoring, and modular high-strength construction, the crane delivers improved stability and anti-collision protection for dense job sites. ACE also unveiled its first Passenger & Material Hoist, powered by a 32 kW motor and supported by a galvanised mast for enhanced safety.
  • ADD 95 Tandem Roller: Designed for high-precision asphalt compaction, the dual-drum roller offers intelligent vibration and oscillation controls with seamless switching between static, vibratory, and oscillatory modes. An upgraded cabin improves visibility and operator comfort.
  • ASL 08, 12, and 14 Scissor Lifts: Part of ACE’s Made-in-India elevated work platform range, these electric scissor lifts feature AC brushless drive systems for smooth, low-maintenance operation, zero emissions, and low noise—suited for construction sites, warehouses, and facilities management.
  • F250 Ultra Pick-and-Carry Crane: Equipped with an integrated safety architecture combining SCOS, ALSS, and RAS, the crane manages load limits, enforces safe travel speeds under load, and dynamically adjusts stability—significantly reducing accident risk and downtime.
  • AT30 Telehandler: Powered by a BS-5 compliant TATA engine, the AT30 offers a 3-ton lifting capacity with an 11.5-metre reach. Support for multiple attachments enhances versatility and improves overall return on investment.

Sustainability featured prominently across the range, with several machines incorporating fuel-efficient systems, lower emissions, and lifecycle-extending designs. Established with a mission to deliver world-class equipment, ACE continues to build on its reputation for quality, reliability, and innovation—supporting India’s infrastructure growth across construction, logistics, and industrial sectors.
