Mitsubishi EDM proving to be more efficient than using a milling machine

We’ve always known EDM machining is a reliable method of cutting parts but we’ve also always been led to believe it can be slow. Have a watch of this video from Carlow Toolmaking Services, they opted to use their Mitsubishi wire machine instead of a traditional mill because they can leave the operation unmanned overnight whilst stacking plenty of parts.
