Component Stocks keeps a complete traceable record of all components either intentionally made for stock or resulting from over production. Minimum quantities can be set and alerts are issued when a specific component drops below its minimum quantity.

The module maintains a complete history of components allocated out of stock to a Works Order. Drawing Issues are tracked to prevent accidental allocation and delivery of old issue parts. Automatic adjustment of WIP (Work In Progress) and the Scheduler is also in place to take account of reduced manufacturing demand following allocation of part of the order from stock.
