Floyd Automatic are the sole UK agent of Swiss Tooling manufacturer Applitec and have now extending its ISO-Line of turning and holders.
The holders are available from 8 by 8 to 20 by 20 in 2mm increments and can be ordered in both right and left hand. The availability is good with the following s ex stock.
- CCGT06 – 09
- DCGT07 – 11
- VCGT11 – 16
- VCMT11 – 16
They are available in radius options of 0.03, 0.08, 0.1 or 0.2 and have two versitile grades of coated carbide. TiALN and TiN coatings offer great tool life in a vast range of materials. Applitec has also developed uncoated s in specialised K10 and K20 grades.
