What makes the DAHLIH DMH-500 a strong and solid cutting machine for difficult materials? Colin Griffiths of MTDCNC and Richard Pearson of Ward Hi-Tech catch up at TIMTOS 2023 to discuss the benefits of this new machine that offers lots of flexibility, agility, and speed. The DMH-500 has linear guideways along with a FANUC 0i-MF Plus control, twin pallet option, and 40-tool changer with an option to upgrade to 60. Designed to keep running, the machine offers a massive envelope for big components and the ability to tune the requirement of the part and program in perfect harmony! With great safety features, pallet recognition, and a moving Z axis, the DMH-500 supplied by Ward Hi-Tech is built for large, complex components.
