Sodick Inc. will hold its Advanced Technology Show on June 6 and 7, 2023, an open house event to display its machine tools, automation capabilities, and new iGroove+ technology. According to the company, the iGroove+ wire EDM series, which includes wire rotation technology and enhanced energy optimisation features, may lower energy and wire usage by more than 30%.
The Advanced Technology Show will be held in Sodick’s headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois, and will feature all of the company’s machine tools, including wire EDM, high-speed milling, additive manufacturing, and more. Live demos of all machines will be performed by Sodick experts, including a special demonstration by the automation department exhibiting a cobot integration on a wire EDM setup.
