Milwaukee Tool Expands U.S. Operations with New Manufacturing Facility in Mississippi!

Milwaukee Tool has officially launched its latest manufacturing facility in Grenada County, Mississippi, marking a significant expansion of its operations in the United States. This new facility, which is the largest of its kind for the company in the U.S., will employ over 800 individuals and represents Milwaukee’s eighth location in Mississippi.

Scott Griswold, group president of the Professional Accessories Business Unit at Milwaukee Tool, expressed the importance of this new site, stating, “Our rapid growth continues to accelerate, and this new facility in Grenada plays a crucial role in maintaining our trajectory of excellence in serving our distributor and user partners. This success is the direct result of recruiting some of the best talent around the nation, especially in the state of Mississippi. Our strong people and our unique culture are unlike anything else in the industry.”

With an investment exceeding $60 million, the Grenada facility spans over 500,000 square feet and is equipped with cutting-edge technology and manufacturing capabilities. Initially, the facility will focus on producing Milwaukee’s extensive line of accessories, including SAWZALL blades, with plans to expand into additional product lines in the future.

As Milwaukee Tool celebrates its 100th anniversary this year, the company continues to experience remarkable growth, achieving double-digit increases annually for over a decade. With more than 10,000 employees in the U.S. alone, Milwaukee Tool has expanded its footprint both domestically and globally, fueled by this consistent growth. In the past five years, the company has invested more than $250 million in Mississippi, where it employs over 4,000 people, further solidifying its commitment to the region.
