Milltronics Powers Up with Veteran Leaders to Drive Growth

Milltronics, a leading manufacturer of advanced CNC mills and lathes, has strategically expanded its leadership team by adding four industry veterans: Ryan Delahanty, Don Hammer, Brian Starnes, and Steve Schermann. This move reflects the company’s commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and accelerated growth.

Ryan Delahanty, the new managing director, brings over 20 years of expertise in manufacturing and CNC machining. His experience in driving sales growth and developing marketing strategies is expected to enhance Milltronics’ market presence and customer relations.

Don Hammer, appointed vice president, has a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering. His product development skills will boost Milltronics’ engineering capabilities, ensuring the company continues to meet evolving customer needs.

Brian Starnes steps in as the national sales manager. With a 25-year tenure at Milltronics, starting from production floor electrical supervisor to service technician, Starnes’ deep industry knowledge and experience will be instrumental in driving the company’s growth.

Steve Schermann returns as applications manager. Nearly three decades in the field, with 27 years at Milltronics in various roles, positions Schermann’s expertise as a key asset for the brand’s future success.

“We are thrilled to welcome Ryan, Don, Brian, and Steve to the Milltronics leadership team,” says President and CEO Greg Volovic. “Their unique skills and vast experience are invaluable as we continue to innovate and grow. This strategic investment in leadership underscores our commitment to excellence and our vision for Milltronics’ future.”

This leadership expansion coincides with Milltronics’ significant momentum, marked by its recent move to a new headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana, near parent company Hurco Companies Inc.’s headquarters. The new leadership team is set to capitalize on emerging opportunities, expand product offerings, and drive sustained success.
