Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is offering a rare opportunity to learn more about high performance metrology solutions at a special event at Coventry's Manufacturing Technology Catapult Centre on May 23.
Billed as 'The Power of Smart Change', the seminar will not only include a series of presentations by guest speakers, but also demonstrations of Hexagon equipment and tours of the Advanced Manufacturing Training Centre at Ansty Business Park.
Sally Povoltsky from engineering solutions providers, KW Special Projects, will open the morning session with a presentation on “The Dinosaurs vs Disruptors – Smart, Bold Manufacturing for the Automotive Industry”.
The afternoon's agenda will feature talks on “High Performance Metrology” from Chris Charnley, quaility manager at Red Bull Technology, and “Anything But Manufacturing” from Jeremy Stern, senior manager of powertrain quality services at Jaguar Land Rover.
The event, which runs from 9am-3.30pm, will conclude with an industry expert panel question and answer segment followed by a networking session. Lunch and refreshments will be provided for delegates.
