Quickgrind has now published a comprehensive drilling brochure to demonstrate how its ‘Infinite Possibilities’ of drilling solutions is complementing the equally infinite milling portfolio. With a new brochure now available to view and download from the Quickgrind website, the Tewkesbury manufacturer is extending the ‘Infinite Possibilities’ ethos throughout its drilling range.

The new brochure incorporates eight exceptional drilling lines that cater for virtually every drilling application – and if the drill you require isn’t in the brochure, Quickgrind will make it! The Lion Series of drill is manufactured from high-quality solid carbide and demonstrates impressive versatility characteristics and cost-effectiveness. The Lion Series is available with through coolant or as a solid carbide drill that is coated with Quickgrind’s X-Red coating technology whereas the special PG Coating technology on the Puma Series of drills enables Quickgrind to demonstrate the ultimate in performance on HRSA materials. Both drills are complemented by the Panther drills for impressive tool life and cycle times on steels.

For small hole drilling, Quickgrind has expanded the Lynx Micro and Mini drills whilst the Leopard range offers a deep hole drilling solution from 20 to 50XD. Step drills with unfathomable precision are demonstrated in the Panther Series and high-feed drilling is catered for, by the Cougar TF Series of 3-flute drills. The extended portfolio also includes a straight flute Tiger ATC and AD range. Each series in the new drilling brochure is tailored to a type of material, application, process or industry sector.

As usual, Quickgrind so often throws the rule book of convention away. In this instance, its ‘Infinite Possibilities’ mantra provides end-users with the choice of substrate, coating, geometry and dimensions to fulfil all of their hole making needs. Why list the materials and applications that Quickgrind drills can work with, when we can create a cost-effective and innovative solution to ALL your holemaking needs – regardless of dimensions, precision and concentricity constraints, materials, geometries or multi-stepped processes. If you want to enter the world of ‘Infinite Possibilities’ call Quickgrind.
