Hurco will present its latest machine-tending solutions at IMTS 2024, demonstrating their integration with ProCobots to enhance automation across a wide range of machining centers. These solutions are designed to automate the loading and unloading of workpieces, significantly boosting productivity and minimizing the need for additional operators.
The system includes the EROWA Robot Compact 80, which efficiently handles single or double machine operations, ensuring seamless production runs. Additionally, the Solid Model Import option simplifies programming by allowing direct importation of 3D STEP files, reducing errors and saving time.
Hurco’s collaboration with various automation system providers enables them to meet diverse customer needs and offer sustainable methods for increasing productivity. Their comprehensive machine-tending solutions are geared towards optimizing manufacturing processes and aligning with Industry 4.0 standards.
