Technoturn who are based in Hastings have been purchasing Star Sliding head lathes for many years. Their latest purchase, an SW 12 landed at the company in 2021. The idea behind the investment was to install a machine that cut cycle times, improved part quality and offered flexibility for future contracts helping the business reduce the cost per part to their customers.
