Interface Precision Engineering love STAR products – Interview with Lee Parnell

We’re talking to Lee Parnell from Interface Precision Engineering, a subcontract engineering company on the South coast, to understand why they absolutely love STAR products. Interface Precision Engineering currently have an SR-20 and a couple of SV’s at their facility. On the SX-38, Lee says they will definitely look at it in the future. The subcontractor has had a remarkable experience with STAR whose products helped them reduce cycle times for one operation to under 2 minutes. Lee talks about STAR’s customer service being second to none.
